FEI Survey: Compliance Costs for Section 404

In this survey, responses were received from 274 financial executives regarding their experiences in complying with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. Their companies had annual revenues ranging from less than $25 million to more than $25 billion, with average revenues of $5.7 billion.
