Building an Agile Finance Function: Alternative Approaches to Sourcing Financial Operations

The purpose of this study is to help financial executives understand the management issues and economics of alternative approaches to sourcing, including both costs and benefits. It is based on interviews with executives at 18 companies, 11 of which are in the Fortune 500.
