Report Synopsis
This report summarizes a survey of members of Financial Executives International (FEI) conducted by FEI’s Committee on Corporate Finance (CCF) regarding proposed rulemaking by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that would define the elements necessary for a credit rating agency (CRA) to be deemed a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (NRSRO). Highlights from the survey are provided at the conclusion of the report. |
