FASB Issues FAS 165: Subsequent Events

FEI Summary

On May 28, 2009 the Financial Accounting Standards Board issued FASB Statement No. 165, Subsequent Events (FAS 165). FAS 165 is effective for interim and annual periods ending after June 15, 2009.
