SEC Tagging Exec Comp in XBRL; Cox Says No Audit of XBRL (Now)

On March 19, 2007, at an SEC roundtable on interactive data (mainly, XBRL), SEC Chairman Christopher Cox said the SEC staff is tagging the executive compensation data filed by hundreds of companies and will make it available to the public in XBRL format by June.
