December 20 CCR shared its views with the PCAOB on Release No. 2011-006 Concept Release on Auditor Independence and Audit Firm Rotation. CCR Supports the Board’s efforts to evaluate ways to enhance auditor independence, objectivity and professional skepticism, and improve overall audit quality, but oppose mandating audit firm roatation.
