FEI Japan marks the first expansion of FEI outside of North America where the organization currently has 85 chapters. With over 15,000 members, FEI helps address the needs of financial leaders on local, regional and international levels, as well as provides a forum for networking and the discussion of unique issues impacting financial professionals.
The FEI Japan Chapter is spearheaded by Mr. Greg Fenich, chief financial officer, Microsoft Corporation Japan, who serves as FEI Japan Chapter president. Additional board members who lead the chapter include Mr. Tom Clark, vice president, Asia, General Electric Capital Corp., and Mr. Osamu Yanagisawa, chief financial officer, Intel Corporation Japan; Ms. Kana Odawara, senior vice president - finance transformation, Coca-Cola (Japan) Co., Ltd., and Ms. Yasue Tezuka, chief financial officer, Bausch Japan.
FEI Japan is positioned to provide opportunities for peer-to-peer networking and communications, with the intent to eventually provide advocacy efforts for the senior-level financial executives living and working in Japan, for both U.S. multinational and Japanese-headquartered companies. FEI Japan will strive to offer opportunities for its membership to obtain continuing professional education (CPE) credits through scheduled events.
Annual membership in FEI Japan includes membership with FEI Headquarters and the FEI Japan Chapter, as well as access to the relevant benefits and services currently offered by FEI, and those being specifically developed for FEI Japan, including reduced registration fees for local and international conferences.
