Hotel Reservations: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Stamford Marriott Hotel in Stamford, CT. The FEI discounted hotel rate is $155.00 single/double.

Hotel cancellation policy:
Cancel by 4:00pm hotel time on arrival day to avoid a 1 night penalty charge. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm.
All room cancellations must be made by contacting the hotel direct.
To obtain the FEI rate it is necessary that all individual reservations be received by Friday, May 18, 2012. Room reservations received by May 18th will be confirmed at the group rate (unless room block sells out), reservations received after the 18th will be confirmed at current hotel rate.

MEETING CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will be issued on cancellations received on or by June 1, 2012. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after June 1, 2012.
