The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has posted on its website a number of items relating to the recently enacted Jumpstart Our Businesses Startup (JOBS) Act, including Frequently Asked Questions documents, listed below. Additionally, the SEC seeks comment - in advance of rulemaking - pertaining to various sections of the JOBS Act.
