Excellent report by Mr. Bradley! Encouraging that the House Ways and Means Committee "gets it" that tax complexity and uncertainty kills economic activity. As a retired CFO (and former IRS Agent), I've always regarded a tax as the government telling me not to do something, and a complex tax as saying they really did not want me doing that. Which means the current tax code is telling us to take our business elsewhere -- and many are.
