COSO: FEI Archived Webcast Posted; 3/31 Deadline on COSO ED

As a reminder, 3/31/12 is the comment deadline on COSO's Exposure Draft updating its Internal Control-Integrated Framework. If you missed FEI's webcast on the COSO ED last week, or if you'd like to listen to it again, links to the archived webcast are below. FEI, one of the five founding members of COSO (along with the AAA, AICPA, IIA and IMA), has made this webcast available to FEI members and nonmembers.

25 comment letters have been sent to and posted by COSO so far, including comments from the American Bankers Assocation, GAO, the Federation of European Accountants, and Norman Marks. FEI's working group on COSO is developing a comment letter on behalf of FEI.

	Robin, We apologize for the internet service provider problems that were widespread in our area the day of the live webcast which impacted pop-up questions and speed of slides. We emailed pdf of slide deck to participants to follow along and we have posted link to slide deck as well as archived audio of webcast. We apologize again for any inconvenience to attendees on the live webcast.
