PCAOB Seeks SAG Nom's; Will Discuss Going Concern, Related Parties, More at May 17 Mtg

The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board recently announced a call for nominations for its Standing Advisory Group. Read more in the PCAOB's press release; the deadline for nominations is June 15.

Separately, the PCAOB announced the next meeting of the SAG will be May 17; the agenda includes Going Concern, (see our related blog post, FASB Returns To Revisit Going Concern); Related Parties and Unusual Transactions, and a general discussion of possible future SAG discussion and/or PCAOB standard-setting projects.
