CORRECTION: FASB Votes to PROPOSE Delaying FIN 48 For All Private Cos

Please note we have corrected our earlier post today to clarify that FASB voted to PROPOSE delaying FIN 48 for all private entities (i.e. nonpublic companies), and that the proposal will be released for public comment and FASB will then deliberate a final decision. See FASB's Summary of Decisions Reached for the official results of the meeting.
