FEI's Working Group on Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO), chaired by Ray Purcell, director of financial control at Pfizer Inc., has filed its comment letter on the Exposure Draft released by COSO in December 2011 entitled, "Internal Control-Integrated Framework." FEI is one of the five founding ('sponsoring') organizations of COSO. The other four include the American Accounting Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Institute of Internal Auditors and the Institute of Management Accountants. FEI President and CEO Marie Hollein serves as FEI's representative on the COSO board.
