FAF Posts Summaries of Feedback on Private Co Standard Setting
The Financial Accounting Foundation recently posted summaries of feedback received in more than 7,000 comment letters and four public roundtables, on its proposed Plan to Establish the Private Company Standards Improvement Council (PCSIC) (the "FAF Plan"). FAF is expected to, at a minimum, discuss this feedback at its May 22-23 meeting, and potentially reach a decision on how it wants to move forward with this proposal. Read more in the
