FLORHAM PARK, N.J., June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial Executives International (FEI), the leading professional organization serving chief financial officers (CFOs) and other senior financial executives, today announced the election of a new slate of executive officers for the year beginning July 1, 2006.
Richard Schrader, executive vice president and CFO for Parsons Brinckerhoff Inc. (PB), will be elevated to chairman, after serving as vice chairman for the past year. Schrader is responsible for the financial and administrative management for PB''s family of companies worldwide, with 10,000 employees under management. He has been a member of the PB's board of directors since 1992 and chairs its Risk Management and Stock Options Committees. Prior to joining PB, Schrader served as an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Sciences. Schrader has been a member of FEI since 1992.
Additional officers include:
* George Boyadjis, executive vice president and CFO, secretary and
treasurer of American TeleCare, Inc., in Minneapolis, Minnesota, will
become chair of Financial Executives Research Foundation (FERF), the
non-profit 501(c) (3) research affiliate of FEI. Boyadjis has been a
FERF trustee for four years.
* M. Alexis Dow, elected auditor of Metro, the Portland, Oregon
metropolitan-area regional government, will serve as vice chair. Dow has
been a member of FEI since 1984.
* Joseph DiLorenzo, co-founder and manager of M/D Group, LLC, Humarock,
Mass., will serve as vice president at large. DiLorenzo has been a
member of FEI since 1987.
* Brian Ruttencutter, president and CEO, ABC Window Co., Ontario, Calif.,
will serve as vice president at large. He has been an FEI member since
1987.
* Gerald Urich, director, external reporting and compliance of The Hershey
Company, Hershey, Pa., will serve as treasurer. Urich has been a member
of FEI since 1997.
* Jeffrey Curtiss, senior vice president and CFO, Service Corporation
International, Houston, Texas, will serve as secretary. Curtiss has been
a member of FEI since 1984.
