FLORHAM PARK, N.J., July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial Executives International (FEI), the preeminent association for financial executives, announced today that it is expanding its U.S. presence with the chartering of a new chapter in Knoxville, Tennessee. With the recent addition of the Knoxville chapter, FEI''s roster now totals 85 chapters, 74 in the U.S. and 11 in Canada.
The Knoxville Chapter of FEI will provide a venue for networking and discussion of the important issues affecting financial professionals at both the local and national levels. Marie Hollein the President and CEO of FEI will present the Chapter with its official Charter today at 12pm at the Peerless Restaurant in Knoxville.
"We are excited for the formation of a new chapter which enables FEI to expand its presence into the great city of Knoxville and meet the specific needs of local professionals," said Marie Hollein. FEI elected Chris Chandler, Chief Financial Officer at Radio Systems, to serve as the FEI Knoxville Chapter President. Additional members serving on the Knoxville Chapter's 2009-2010 board of directors include seasoned financial executives across various sectors:
