PCAOB Enters Agreement With German Regulator

On April 13, 2012 the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board announced that it entered into a cooperative arrangement with the German Auditor Oversight Commission (AOC) relating to the oversight of audit firms subject to the regulatory jurisdictions of both regulators.
