PCAOB SAG Seeks Nominations; Next Meeting May 17

The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board recently announced a call for nominations for its
Standing Advisory Group. Read more in the
PCAOB press release; the deadline for nominations is June 15.
Separately, PCAOB announced the next meeting of SAG will be May 17; the
agenda includes Going Concern, Related Parties and Unusual Transactions and a general discussion of possible PCAOB standard-setting projects.
