Marsha A. Stoneis the Indianapolis Airport Authority's Sr. Director of Operations and Assistant Treasurer, with responsibility for all financial/accounting matters, business development and other administrative functions. Ms. Stone originally joined the Authority as Director of Internal Audit in October 1994 and transitioned into the Finance Department in 1995 under BAAI. She served as Finance Director for BAAI and the Authority, prior to her appointment as Sr. Director. Ms. Stone began her career in public accounting with Geo. S. Olive & Co. (now BKD, LLP), where she passed the C.P.A. examination and focused her work on audits of nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies. Ms. Stone earned a B.S. degree from Indiana State University. |

Eric Weber – Management Bio
Mr. Weber is currently Chief Financial Officer of New Sunshine. New Sunshine is owned by a private equity firm and members of senior management and is the market leader of indoor tanning lotions, outdoor SPFs, tanning equipment and salon management software. He is currently responsible for executing all aspects of the company’s financial strategy. Mr. Weber is the primary interface with the company’s financial sponsors, shareholders and the investment banking community. Prior to joining New Sunshine, Mr. Weber was the Chief Financial Officer of Haverstick, a consulting firm providing technology, engineering, program management, suborbital rockets and rocket launch related services and other professional services to the private sector, the U.S. Government and state and local governments. He was responsible for executing all aspects of the company’s financial and operational strategies including the successful sale to a publicly traded defense contractor. During his tenure at Haverstick he lead the integration of two highly successful acquisitions. Prior to joining Haverstick, Mr. Weber was the Chief Financial Officer of A.F. Kelly & Associates where he executed a financial turnaround and ultimate sale to Haverstick in July 2002. In 2000, Mr. Weber was Director of Portfolio Management for the marchFIRST Investment Management Group, a global operating unit within the Chicago based professional services firm. He was responsible for managing the firm’s private equity portfolio including the creation, negotiation, and closing of private equity investment transactions as well as assisting the marchFIRST Investment Committee with investment strategy and portfolio balance. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Weber was with the international accounting firm KPMG in their software and high technology practice where he specialized in providing audit and business advisory services to private equity-funded, high growth and high technology clients. Mr. Weber is a licensed CPA and holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
