MARSHA L. HUNT National Vice Chair
Marsha Hunt is currently the Vice President – Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Cummins, Inc. Cummins is a global leader in power technologies and operates in over 190 countries, employs 40,000 and earned $1 billion on revenues of $13.2 billion in 2010. Prior to joining Cummins in 2003, Marsha worked with Corning Incorporated for 7 years and served as its Assistant Controller. Marsha began her professional career with the audit practice of Arthur Andersen in 1985.
Marsha’s FEI activities include serving on the national board since July, 2009 and on the Board of the Financial Executives Research Foundation since 2003. Marsha has been engaged with the Committee of Corporate Reporting since 1996, serving as a member beginning in 2003. Marsha has been a member of the FEI Hall of Fame Selection Committee, Chaired the Current Financial Reporting Issues Conference, and participated in the Strategic Planning efforts since 2009. Marsha is currently a member of the Indianapolis chapter.
Marsha graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a CPA. Marsha enjoys gardening and traveling. Marsha is currently the Chair of the Columbus Regional Hospital Foundation and has served on the board of the American Red Cross in Pittsburgh, PA and Corning, NY. |
