HARRY W. ZIKE
National Vice President at Large

Harry Zike has more than 30 years of international business experience including serving on several Boards of Directors and serving as the CFO of both public and private companies.  His experience includes: 13 years in the audit and M&A practice of Price Waterhouse; 19 years with Siemens as the Americas Group Controller and as CFO of their USA energy and automotive electronics divisions.  Additionally, Harry served 2 years as Executive Vice President & CFO of a NASDAQ traded alternative energy company and he currently serves as a Board member and CFO of a UK publically traded cleantech company.

Harry also served on the Boards of Directors of: semiconductor joint ventures with Motorola and Intel, a Siemens shared service company based in Florida / India and on the Audit Committee of an energy & environmental services company, Babcock Power, Inc.

Harry’s career with FEI began in 1989.  He was Chair of the National Committee on Corporate Controllers, a member of the National Committee on the Investment of Employee Benefit Assets, President, President & Board member of the Central Florida Chapter, Board member of the Detroit Chapter, Area Director for Southeast USA Region and Co-Chair of the National Membership Committee.

Harry graduated cum laude from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania with a BS degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant, a Certified Information Technology Professional and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He is fluent in English and German and conversational in Spanish. He has lived on two continents and worked in four and also lived in five states.
