IASB Publishes Exposure Draft With Proposed Amendments to IFRS 2, IFRIC 11
The International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) published on Dec. 13, 2007 an exposure draft (ED) of proposed amendments to IFRS 2, Share-based Payment, and IFRIC 11, IFRS2 -- Group and Treasury Share Transactions. Comments are due March 17, 2008.
