We are an industrial distributor specializing in fasteners and I am just wondering what kind of outside directors fees private companies with $15 to $20 Mil in sales are paying?

We have $16 Million in sales. Our directors are paid $2,000 per meeting plus travel expenses. We have three or four meeting per year.
