FEI Supports Amendment to Repeal 3% Withholding Mandate

On March 30, 2011, FEI’s CGB and COT signed onto a letter supporting an amendment drafted by Senators Scott Brown (R-MA) and David Vitter (R-LA) that would repeal the burdensome 3% withholding mandate. The amended language would be attached to S. 493, which would reauthorize the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.
