PCAOB Board To Vote on 2007 Budget

FEI Summary

 

On Nov. 22, 2006, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)  announced  it will hold an open meeting on November 30, at which the board will consider adopting its 2007 budget.

The SEC also announced in its Nov. 27 news digest it will hold an open commission meeting on Dec. 4 to consider approving the PCAOB’s 2007 budget. The SEC will also discuss at its December 4 meeting the annual accounting support fees of the FASB and PCAOB.
