Conference Speakers and Agenda
The Private Company Priorities Conference will address issues ranging from the new tax rules for pass-through businesses to the middle-market M&A landscape. The event is designed for C-level to director-level financial executives responsible for overseeing or contributing to private companies’ financial strategies and overall health in 2019. The conference is sponsored by EY, Nakisa, and Robert Half.

“The last few years brought about several new and modified policies that affect how private businesses operate,” explained Andrej Suskavcevic, CAE, President and CEO of FEI and FERF. “Without a strong understanding of how to implement them properly, private company leaders may face unnecessary challenges in 2019 that will impact their bottom lines. As with each educational conference we host, FEI has gathered notable experts on the most relevant issues to help financial executives navigate these changes successfully.”

The keynote session, the Private Company Recession Playbook, will be presented by William Dunkelberg, Ph.D. Mr. Dunkelberg is the National Federation of Independent Business’ Chief Economist and is nationally recognized as an authority on small business, entrepreneurship, consumer credit, and government policy. He brings to this FEI conference in-depth experience and a well-researched perspective on various critical financial matters impacting businesses of all sizes and focus.
