Mark Borao is a senior partner in PwC’s global Technology, Entertainment & Media, and Telecom practice, who has over 25 years of leadership experience in management consulting with an emphasis in digital transformations. He has initiated and led a number of sector-leading transformations including launching new OTT streaming platforms and intellectual property sales & licensing digital systems. Mr. Borao is a specialist in content management & DAM, rights management, and royalties systems. He has implemented multiple brand management licensing & distribution projects in the consumer products space. Notably, Mr. Borao is adept at helping technology and media companies decrease costs and improve business performance by using strategic technology that include AI, Machine Learning, RPA, and IoT.
