Adam Miller, CPA, ASA, ABV, CFF, CGMA

Mr. Miller is a financial executive with broad experience in finance, accounting, auditing, personnel and operational management. He has hands on experience with real estate, manufacturing, distribution, ERP Implementations, business valuation, financial and litigation consulting and asset-based financing.

He joined Barron Lighting Group in May of 2010 as its Chief Financial Officer and has been responsible for all financial reporting and cash management functions while overseeing the operational aspects of the company through an eleven-year growth period that has seen the company more than double in revenues, facilities and personnel. He previously worked with Arthur Andersen LLP, KPMG LLP, Clifton Gunderson LLP and Scott Communities in management and executive positions. 

Mr. Miller is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors The Crossroads (board member since January, 2015 and previously served as Treasurer) and the Arizona Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI). He is a past president of the Arizona Chapter of FEI (2015-2016), a former board member for the Arizona Humane Society (2015-2017), the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA 2013 - 2015) and past chairman for the ASCPA's Business Valuation Conference, Business Valuation Committee and Information Technology Committee.  

Mr. Miller received his Bachelors of Accountancy from Bentley College in Massachusetts and became a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Arizona in 1989. Mr. Miller is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in the Business Valuation discipline of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  

He was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut and relocated to Arizona in 1987. He currently lives in Tempe, Arizona with his wife Lori. He enjoys travel, golf, cooking, woodworking and is a Corvette (the car) enthusiast.
