As the Director of Benefits and Well-being at KPMG, Wendi Nosenchuk is dedicated to offering benefits that meet the needs of our people. She has been with KPMG for almost 20 years, working on the Benefits team for that entire time. She has expanded KPMG’s benefits to include programs that not only meet the health of our people but also support emotional needs, financial needs and purpose. She has also implemented programming to support the needs of KPMG’s people during the COVID pandemic, including programs that support resilience to help our people through these challenging times.
Ms. Nosenchuk has been in the insurance and benefits industry for 25+ years in a variety of positions including sales and account management, Consulting, and overseeing the benefits department at a large NJ hospital center.
