Karen Adame brings over 35 years of experience in financial management, business development, program management, product marketing, product management, software sales, software implementation and financial consulting in a variety of industries. In her five years at JumpStart, Ms. Adame has led the Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology teams in the implementation of new software solutions and processes to streamline and improve operations. She also sits on the Investment Valuation Committee for all of its funds. Prior to joining JumpStart, she served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Product Officer and Chief Information Officer at Keyedln Solutions. As one of the founding employees, she helped build the company to 80 employees globally and managed the acquisition of three companies in less than one year. Prior to Keyedln Solutions, Ms. Adame spent 11 years at Epicor Software. She joined as Director of Product Marketing focusing on human resources and financial applications but rose through the organization to Senior VP, Operations. Her background also includes five years in a leadership role, growing a software startup from three staff through to an exit via acquisition, and five years as a CFO consultant. She graduated with a BS in Accounting from San Diego State University.
