CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is due in advance. Registrations within 15 days of the conference require credit card payment. Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must be sent in writing via email.
The following cancellation schedule will apply:
- On/before October 9, 2020: Refund granted minus a $175 processing fee.
- October 10-17, 2020: Credit letter issued less a $175 processing fee for use towards a future FEI live conference for up to one year.
- After October 17, 2020/No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.
