Robert Telesmanic is Cognizant’s Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s external financial reporting and overseeing our global controllership function. Mr. Telesmanic is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in accounting, regulatory reporting, internal control compliance, mergers and acquisition transactions, and leading financial system implementations. Mr. Telesmanic joined Cognizant in 2003 and previously served as the company’s Assistant Corporate Controller.
Prior to joining Cognizant, Mr. Telesmanic is a spent over 14 years with Deloitte & Touche LLP working in their audit and assurance and mergers & acquisition practices. Mr. Telesmanic holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University and an MBA degree from Columbia University.
