Corey Siegrist

With more than a decade of experience as a corporate real estate advisor, Corey goes beyond transaction negotiation to truly understand his clients’ business. As a strategic advisor, he dedicates his extensive market expertise to derive maximum profits.

Specializing in transaction management, Corey advises corporations, institutions and professional services firms on lease restructures, office relocations and dispositions. He assists clients with workplace strategy initiatives to better support their organization's business objectives, identifying proactive cost reduction strategies within real estate portfolios. He is also responsible for expanding the region’s client base and developing new business.

Corey’s team collaboratively works to set strategy, provide necessary resources, drive aligned execution and deliver consistent results. Ultimately, he acts as an on-call expert for all consulting and strategic planning needs.

Experience
Corey partners with growing companies to help them make smarter real estate decisions, maximize efficiencies, and improve productivity. Whether an organization is relocating a single office or pursuing a global expansion, Corey leverages market conditions to realize maximum cost savings. From professional services and law firms to tech companies and headquarters deals, Corey has executed over 300 transactions for a combined total in excess of 5,000,000 square feet.

Prior to joining JLL, Corey served as a commercial real estate advisor at Newmark Knight Frank, where alongside managing directors, he worked with emerging companies across a wide breadth of industry sectors, forging strategic relationships throughout the market.
