Ellen brings 30 years of experience to Reologie which she founded with her partner CJ Kuehl in early 2014 after spending 11 years as a Principal of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC, 6 years with Insignia/ESG as a Managing Director and 9 years as Vice President with Grubb & Ellis. As a company owner for over a decade she approaches her business with a clear understanding of the operational challenges facing her clients every day.
Ellen focuses on representing tenants both locally and nationally offering a holistic approach to her representation by continuously advocating that business plans are rarely dictated by lease expiration dates. As such, she often begins the real estate process with her clients long before an actual need is determined. This proactive and “hands on” approach in her representation is a testament of her ongoing efforts of aligning the real estate process with her clients’ operational business plan(s) and the ever-changing marketplace. She views a client’s facilities not as a liability on the balance sheet but an asset which, if managed well, will ebb and flow to support the company’s needs.
