Felicia Donaldson

Felicia has a wide range of professional experience gained from over 20 years of experience working as a CFO, controller, auditor, turnaround consultant, director of SOX and management consultant. She has functioned in CFO and high-level controller roles. She specializes in assisting clients experiencing significant organizational change. Felicia has served as lead on the divestiture of companies as well as integration of newly acquired entities. She has managed the policy convergence for newly acquired entities into Fortune 100 companies. Felicia also has expertise with accounting for variable interest entities.

She has served as the Business Unit Controller for a large publicly traded company that experienced high turnover; Felicia managed the monthly close process while simultaneously reducing the close cycle from 4 days to 3 days. Felicia has collaborated with Enterprise Shared Services to lead the transition of Cross Border and Export accounting team to Manila and India to generate cost savings of $0.5M while simultaneously moving from 4|4|5 close to a month end close process. Felicia received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
