Jenaya Allsop

In her current role as the Sr. Finance Director for Global Finance Talent Management, Jenaya Allsop is responsible for leading the future state design of our global talent recruitment, training, and development strategies from early in career to experienced hire talent as well as ensuring regional strategies are aligned to driving the Global Finance capabilities for the future. 

Prior to this role, Ms. Allsop was the Finance Director of the Oncology Therapeutic Area. In this role she was responsible for all financial aspects in support of driving the Oncology R&D and Global Commercial strategies at Janssen. She was also an integral part of standing up critical financial processes and building relationships to advance the collaboration with Legend in support of the BCMA CAR-T program. 

She is known as an authentic leader with a passion for advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives and developing future leaders. She currently serves as the co-chair of the Finance African Ancestry Leadership Council. She began her career at Johnson & Johnson in the Consumer sector as part of the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). During her 20-year career with Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Allsop has helped to set strategic direction and drive financial results across various functions in the Consumer, Medial Device and Pharmaceutical sectors. She was successful in establishing a cross sector Finance Compensation Center of Excellence (COE) for North America. She also led the development of a global sales forecasting process and implementation of an automated sales forecasting solution. Throughout her career of expanding responsibilities She has been responsible for Orthopedics Revenue over $5B and successfully led teams through change.
