Mike Malloy is the Chief People Officer of Quicken Loans. In this role, he leads the Pulse, the Human Resources team for Quicken. This team’s sole purpose is to spread the culture and the positively impact the lives of all 17,000 team members every day. He is a member of Quicken’s executive team, known as the Z Team, and strives to live the ISMs, Quicken’s culture, every day.
Mike previously led Quicken’s industry-leading mortgage servicing team, worked at Bank of America in various policy and legal roles, and started his career as a litigator in private practice. Mike is a graduate of Davidson College and the Washington and Lee University School of Law.
