Amy Cline

Amy Cline is an executive level lawyer with more than 20 years' experience in advising senior management and boards of directors on a wide range of board governance, business, and legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, transactions, and regulatory matters. In her current role at Health Care Service Corporation, Amy advises the Office of the CEO, the Board of Directors of the Political Action Committee, and the Federal and State Government Affairs Teams. Ms. Cline previously served as Vice President, Acting General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for SE2, a PE-backed third-party administrator for life insurance and annuities. She practiced mergers and acquisitions and corporate law at the international law firm of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.

Ms. Cline recently spoke at the Summit on Legal Innovation and Disruption in San Francisco on the ESG Mindset and at the Consero Conference in Los Angeles on 2022 Compliance Trends. She is a Super Lawyer Rising Star in Business and Corporate law and received a Distinguished Alumni Award from Avila University. Ms. Cline holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master of Business Administration degree from Avila University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas.
