Troy and his wife of 23 years, Holly, along with their two boys live in Castle Rock, Colorado. Troy is a 3rd generation Colorado native, who currently serves as the CFO and board member at Haselden Construction. Troy is responsible for overseeing Haselden's Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology functions. He has built and implemented strategic operational capabilities that have helped provide the foundational support for the growth Haselden has seen in his progressive 20+ year tenure. In one of his proudest achievements outside the office, Troy brought his entrepreneurial spirit to bear as one of six parents who founded Aspen View Academy: a public Pre-K to 8th-grade charter school in Castle Rock, Colorado. Troy served as the Treasurer from 2011 – 2021 and was appointed as Board President in August of 2021. Aspen View Academy is now home to 1000 full-time students. In his personal time, you will find Troy on the soccer field cheering for his boys. When soccer offers breaks, Troy and the whole family love getting outside to ski in the winter and camp in the summer.
