Meg Connelly

Meg Connelly is a senior manager with PwC’s People & Organization practice, specifically with the Workforce Transformation services. Over the past 10+ years, she has worked with Financial Services, Technology and Consumer Products clients across the U.S. and globally on various human capital issues related to workforce strategy, talent management, organizational design, cross-cultural team development, change management, and culture. An experienced consultant, she has partnered with organizations to help them navigate large scale business transformations, especially around technology implementations and workforce of the future. Recent highlights of her work include delivering solutions involving Human Resource management, risk culture and behavior assessment, enterprise workforce strategy and capabilities, organization design, strategic change management for finance transformation, employee experience mapping, and digital upskilling programs. Originally from Texas, she currently resides in New York and has lived and worked in Beijing, China. She has her masters in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and has a BA in International Studies from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
