Condola Brivitte

Condola has 13 years of experience in public accounting serving audit and financial accounting advisory clients in a variety of industries with numerous accounting and financial reporting matters. Condola spent four years in the external audit practice serving primarily publicly listed companies in various industries, privately held broker dealers, hedge funds, and other asset management entities. Her primary focus since 2014 has been on transactions (IPOs, acquisitions, carve outs, special purpose acquisition companies, etc.).

 

She advises clients on a broad range of accounting and financial reporting and close matters, including but not limited to purchase accounting, SEC comment letter responses, segment reporting, and other complex accounting matters, as well as compliance with SEC financial reporting requirements for US domestic and foreign private issuers. She also worked internationally on an acquisition of an European company by a US Fortune 50 entity.

 

Condola is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the states of Georgia and New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She earned a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Accountancy (Magna Cum Laude) from Florida State University.
