Bridgette Link is the VP, Finance Solutions & Technology at Johnson & Johnson. In this role, Bridgette leads a global team responsible for evolving the Company’s Finance transformation vision and roadmap, expanding J&J’s digital capabilities to create a more agile, end-to-end, Global Finance Organization. This includes leading the Finance transformation for the accounting/finance ecosystem, including the redesign of financial processes, planning and forecasting, treasury, tax and the deployment of the SAP ERP S/4 Hana.  Bridgette also partners closely with the supply chain organization in support of the transformation and also oversees the system integration of acquisitions and divestitures. The ecosystem will be further enhanced by the deployment of emerging technologies to assist in the finance modernization.

 

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Bridgette was the General Manager for the Finance Business Intelligence Group at Microsoft Corporation where she was responsible for managing legal entity/statutory reporting, budgeting, planning and forecasting, and revenue applications. Additionally, she managed the SAP ERP deployment and managing system integration for acquisitions and divestitures. Bridgette was also the leader of the Microsoft Finance Organization’s digital transformation utilizing emerging technologies. In addition to working at Microsoft, Bridgette has extensive experience with AT&T, American Express and Deloitte.

 

Bridgette is the Chair of the Financial Executive International (FEI) Committee for Finance and Information Technology. Bridgette has also been the chair of the FEI technology conference from 2020-2022.
