Erik has 20 years of professional experience and is the attest lead partner for the Iowa audit practice. Erik serves clients in real estate, technology and manufacturing industries, as well as SEC-reporting companies, Taft-Hartley benefit plans and nonprofit entities. He also leads Iowa’s technical research on complex accounting and auditing issues and assists clients with implementation of new accounting pronouncements. Erik has assisted clients with SOX 404 implementation, accounting for complex derivatives and equity instruments, due diligence on acquisitions and registration statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
