Brian Giambagno, who is Chief Financial Officer of The Action Environmental Group (“Action”), is an accomplished financial professional with over 20 years of public accounting and industry experience. He has in-depth knowledge of various industries including business services, technology, manufacturing and distribution. Brian also has a wealth of experience in managing mid-market enterprises including private equity and banking relationships.
Prior to joining Action, Brian was CFO of Hudson News Distributors. Brian began his career with Deloitte & Touche when he then moved on to hold various finance and operating roles at Berlitz International, Inc., Bowne & Co. and Global Document Solutions, Inc. Mr. Giambagno, who is a certified public accountant, earned a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Rutgers College. He also holds an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
