Francesca Mecchia was born in Veneto from a family of wine producers. Since childhood she has been involved in family dynamics linked to the wine world and the wine production. After high school, she moved to Florence to dedicate herself to architecture studies. In 1998, after graduation, Francesca decided to move to London to work as an architect.
After carrying out her activity in various studios, she started to work for a Spanish group: Inditex. She was responsible for ten years of the Zara design and expansion office in London. She designed Zara stores in differ countries, traveling in numerous parts of the world and living between England and Spain.
In 2011 she moved to Italy where she decided to collaborate with her mother Hilde and to dedicate herself to the wine business trying to give a new touch to the winery and to expand into new countries.
