Shari brings over 25 years of experience in financial management, operations management, audit, and treasury management into her current role. Throughout her career, Shari has led teams across a variety of domains including technology, operations, accounting, and finance and has successfully completed many transformational changes involving people, process and technology. Most recently, as CFO for a medical association, Shari was responsible for driving several technology, financial, and operational improvements across the organization while also ensuring compliance with evolving and relevant reporting standards.
In her current role, Shari supports clients by delivering advice, consultation, and solutions that drive improvements in meeting financial and operating goals while optimizing and strengthening business processes.
