Jenny Holaday has held executive positions at some of the top gaming organizations in the country. As the President of Encore Boston Harbor, she is the first woman to run a casino in Massachusetts and leads the talented and highly professional team that is making Encore Boston Harbor one of the most successful and popular destinations in the Northeast for gaming, dining, hospitality, and overall experience. Jenny shares Encore’s values of helping team members grow and succeed, contributing to the communities where Wynn operates, and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. Jenny has lived and worked in gaming regions from the East Coast to Nevada and many places in between. She has held executive positions for companies including Harrah’s, Caesars Entertainment and Mandalay Resort Group and has successfully launched two enterprise-wide casino player programs.
Influenced by strong and wise mentors throughout her life – including her mother who was also in the gaming industry – Jenny creates supportive work environments and makes time to mentor the next generation of female leaders. When she isn’t at the resort, Jenny loves to spend time cooking, golfing, or catching up with her two adult children. She lives in Melrose with her dog, Snoopy.
