Andaye is an Associate Director for the Center of Excellence, ESG at Protiviti. Prior to joining the organization, she was the national lead for economic and social impact at one of the largest healthcare organizations in the country. Andaye has over 10 years of experience creating solutions that sit at the intersection of social, economic and environmental impact by leveraging and aligning organizational assets and resources for transformational change. In addition, she is an acting preceptor for Partners for Better Health and their Randall Lewis Health Policy Fellows program; a routine guest speaker at universities across southern California and a sought after thought leader on the integration of supply chain and social impact.
