Caroline Sullivan

Ms. Sullivan has served as Moody’s Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller since December 2018. In this role she is responsible for the financial accounting and external reporting activities, Tax Compliance and Strategy and Treasury. Additionally, she has oversight of technical accounting matters, including M&A transactions and other various accounting functions, such as compensation, benefits, and record-to-reporting efforts. Caroline is an Executive Sponsor of Moody’s MINDS Business Resource Group, which is focused on employee well-being and mental health.

 

Prior to joining Moody’s, Ms. Sullivan served in several roles at Bank of America from 2011 to 2018, where her last position held was Managing Director and Global Banking Controller. Ms. Sullivan, a CPA, previously held various senior positions at several banks and a major accounting firm.

 

Caroline is a member of the Board of Directors of Financial Executives International.
